Shipping Policy

By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

General Shipment Information

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Return Due To Change of Mind

Cyburthur Stores will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.

 Return shipping will be paid at the Customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

Cyburthur Stores will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Warranty Returns

Cyburthur Stores will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items.

 Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Cyburthur to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
- refund to your original payment method
- a refund in store credit
- a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

Delivery Terms
Order Processing Times

Orders are processed by mostly by Suppliers except in some cases. This will be stated on Product Pages. As such, stock quantities may not always be accurate and up-to date and Vendors or our Order API may not always be able to fulfill all Orders. In such cases, we will release the Authorization Charges. We charge you when we or the Vendors ship Items, when you place an Order, we simply place an Authorization charge to ensure funds will be available when Item is being shipped.

Suppliers will normally process your Order within 5 business days (Monday to Friday), although Order Processing may take up to a week or more. Be sure to check the full listing on the Product Page to see the Ship Durations and Order Processing Times.

Order Statuses

When you place an Order on the site, it will under-go any one or all of the Order Status that Vendors or our Order API may classify your Order under. We’ve listed the Major Order Status below.

Processing: Your Order has been received by the Vendor or our Order API and is being ‘processed’ by the Vendor or API. This includes checking for Item availability and shipping options available to you for Items in your Order. You can be able to request cancellation of your Order at this Point and the Order may get refunded during the processing stage if no Shipping Options are made available or an Export is declined.

Failed: The Vendor or Order API could not complete processing payment for your Order or the Order itself. Highly occurs when payment of an Order could not go through or after an Authorization Charge is released because the Vendor or Order API cannot fulfill an Order.

On-Hold: We are still waiting to receive your payment or processing the Payment into the Vendors’ Store Account. Vendors will not begin processing Orders until funds have cleared into their Account. This normally takes up-to 48 hours but may take longer is funds get held during the process.

Preparing for Shipment: Your Order is being packaged and all necessary documentation is being prepared. This includes Shipping and Packing labels for local Orders and additional Export Documentation for International Orders. Some Orders take longer to prepare for Shipment than other depending on the nature and contents of the Order.

The Order has left the Vendor’s Warehouse or our Dispatch Warehouse. A Tracking Number will normally be added when an Order Status is updated to Shipped. An Order may be shipped without a Tracking Number. Rest assured that your Order is still on it’s way and you will get it.

Refunded: Your Order payment has been paid back to the Payment method you originally used due to a reasons found in our Returns and Refunds Policy or a few other reasons that may arise in the Order Processing stage.

Delivered: The Order has been Delivered to the Shipping Address that was set on the Order usually to the Customer. Sometimes, this may indicate a package in your Order has been delivered to our Dispatch Warehouse and is awaiting further Shipment.

Partially Shipped: Your Order has been Shipped to our Dispatch Warehouse in Sarasota, FL and will be forwarded for Final Delivery after being processed at our dispatch Warehouse.

Pending Deposit Payment: Your Order was placed via a Lay-bye Plan and we’re currently waiting on the Payment of the Deposits of your Lay-bye payment Plan. 

Delivery Terms
Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments within the US are in transit for 2 – 30 days. This will depend on the Shipping Method you select during Checkout.

 There may be unanticipated delays with the Shipping Carrier. Once Items ship, you have to check in with the Carrier directly.

Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 3 – 40 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

There may be unanticipated delays with the Shipping Carrier. Once Items ship, you have to check in with the Carrier directly.

Shipment and Order Transit Time Update: Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we are experiencing a bit of Delay in Processing and sending out Shipments and Packages. Please expect and allow for an extra delay not exceeding 10 Days from normal Shipping Times. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of Order Processing Completion for addresses within the United States of America.

For International Orders, We dispatch Orders every Friday (Order will be picked up by Carriers on the Agreed day, Friday) in bulk to designated Agents or to the Receiving Customer’s Address.

Our Dispatch Warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Change of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

P.O. Box Shipping

Cyburthur will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

Military Address Shipping

We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service.

If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

Duties & Taxes
Sales Tax

Sales tax has not been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website. This will be calculated depending on the Shipping Address during Checkout.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid only for Shipments to the US Territories without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country except where specifically stated during Checkout. All other Shipments to other countries will be required to be cleared for once arriving at the destination country. We will constantly update this as we establish Clearance Agents in countries and territories across the globe.


If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.


Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
